The Favy home page provides an overview of your loyalty program's key performance indicators. Data is automatically updated every 10 minutes.

Key Indicators

Four cards at the top of the page. Each shows the current value and the percentage change compared to the same period of the previous month (i.e., for the same number of elapsed days).

Total CustomersThe total number of customers in the system
Active PointsThe total balance of points across all customers at the current moment
Redeemed RewardsThe number of items redeemed for points in the current month
Monthly Point TurnoverTotal point movement in the current month - all earnings and redemptions

Comparison with the previous month

The percentage next to each indicator is calculated for the same period of the previous month. For example, if today is the 15th, the comparison is made with the 1st–15th of the previous month.

Activity by Hour

A chart of customer traffic for the current day - the number of transactions for each hour from 00:00 to 23:00. This allows you to see peak activity hours and load distribution throughout the day.

The time is displayed according to the company's time zone from the profile settings.

Distribution of redeemed rewards by product and service categories for the current month. Helps you understand which categories are most in demand by customers.

Recent Transactions

A list of recent point transactions - earnings and redemptions for all customers. Click on any row to go to the corresponding customer's page.

  • Customers - full database and profiles: Customer List
