Administrator Profile

The profile page consists of two parts: administrator personal information and company legal information. Company data is used for automatically populating invoices and determines the launch time for scheduled tasks (mailings, campaigns, and scheduled rewards).

Personal Data

Email	Email address - set during registration, used for logging in
Phone	Administrator's contact number

Company Profile

Legal Information

Fill in this information so that invoices can be automatically generated with your business details.

Company Name	Official legal name
Phone	Company contact phone number
Legal Address	Registered legal address
Tax ID / VAT Number	Taxpayer identification number
Additional Tax Code	Supplementary business identifiers (if applicable)
Registration Number	Primary state registration number
Bank Name	Name of the bank
Bank Code/BIC	Bank identification code
Current Account	Current settlement account number
Correspondent Account	Bank's correspondent account number
Billing Contact	Email or phone for receiving financial documents

Regional Settings

Company Time Zone - determines the time for scheduled tasks: mailings, automatic campaigns, and scheduled rewards (e.g., birthday greetings). Ensure the time zone matches your actual business location.

Registration Country - specified during registration and cannot be changed. The country affects the settlement currency in the system.

How to Save Changes

After editing any section, click the save button at the bottom of the corresponding block. Personal data and company data are saved independently of each other.
