📊 Analytics & Reports
Favy's analytics section provides deep insights into your customers' behavior, loyalty program effectiveness, and your business's financial performance. We use modern analytical methods like RFM segmentation and cohort analysis to help you make data-driven decisions.
📈 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Key metrics showing overall business dynamics for the selected period are located at the top of the dashboard:
- Customers: Total number of registered participants.
- Revenue: Total sum of all purchases (based on receipts) for the selected period.
- Average Order Value (AOV): Helps evaluate the effectiveness of upselling.
- Transactions: Total number of recorded purchases.
🎯 Bonus Efficiency (Flows & State)
This block has been completely redesigned for financial transparency. It is divided into flows (what happened during the period) and state (financial risk).
Deduction Visualization (Donut Chart)
The central chart shows the structure of point "outflows" from the system. It compares two key indicators:
- Customer Spending: Points that turned into real purchases and loyalty.
- Expiration (Breakage): Points that were not used and returned to the company's budget.
Ideal balance: A dominant green sector (Spending) indicates a healthy and active customer base.
Key Metrics:
- Earned Points: Total volume of bonuses issued to customers during the selected period.
- Redemption Rate (RR): The percentage of point utilization. Calculated as
Spending / Earned. This is the primary marker of engagement. - Breakage Rate: The percentage of expiration. Calculated as
Expirations / Earned. - Total Liability: The most important financial indicator. This is the total balance of all points for all customers at the current moment. These are real funds that customers can "claim" as discounts in the future.
IMPORTANT
Note: Earned and Spending metrics depend on the selected dates, while Total Liability is always a snapshot of the "current moment."

LTV (Lifetime Value)
LTV is the total profit a single average customer brings to you over their entire relationship with your business.
- LTV Dynamics: Shows how customer value changes over time.
- Average Lifetime: The number of days a customer remains active (from first to last purchase).
Cohort Analysis (Retention)
A heat map of customer retention. It groups customers by the month of their first purchase (cohorts) and shows what percentage of them returned in subsequent months.
- Why it matters: Helps identify when customers "drop off" so you can launch a retention campaign for that specific month.
RFM Segmentation
Automatic segmentation of your entire database based on three factors: Recency, Frequency, and Monetary value.
| Segment | Description | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
| Champions | Bought recently, buy often, and spend the most. | Make them ambassadors, offer exclusive previews. |
| Loyal | Buy from you regularly. | Reward them for reviews and referrals. |
| Potential | Recent buyers with good spending. | Offer a bonus for their second purchase. |
| At Risk | Used to buy a lot but haven't visited recently. | Send an urgent Push with a personal discount. |
| Hibernating | Bought infrequently and a long time ago. | Remind them of your business with useful content or a gift. |
| Lost | Inactive for a very long time. | The hardest segment to win back. |
Points Expiration Forecast
Visualization of the volume of points that will expire for customers in the coming months.
- How to use: If you see a large expiration bar for next month, it's a great reason to send a notification: "Your 500 points expire in 7 days! Hurry to spend them on a delicious coffee."
🛍 Popular Categories
A donut chart showing which groups of products or services your customers most often spend points on or buy. Helps you adjust your reward catalog.
