Products and Services
Products are items that customers see in the customer application and can purchase with bonus points. These same items are displayed in the POS application for point redemption during checkout. Product data is used in analytics.
Function Availability
The "Products" section is not available on all plans. Check your plan's conditions in the Subscription and Plans section or on the Favy website.
Product List
The /products page displays all created items. For each item in the list, you can see: product code, name, category, point price, and status (active / inactive).
Inactive products are not displayed in the customer application or POS but are saved in the system.
Add a Product
Click the "Add Product" button. A form will open:

| Product Code | ✓ | A unique identifier for the item, e.g., PRD-001. Used in analytics and during import |
| Name | ✓ | The name customers will see in the app, e.g., "Cappuccino 0.3" |
| Category | - | Select from the list or create a new one by clicking "+" next to the field |
| Point Price | ✓ | The number of points needed for a customer to get this item |
| Product is Active | - | Enabled by default. Uncheck to temporarily hide the product |
Click "Add" to save.
Categories directly from the product form
If the category you need doesn't exist yet, click "+" next to the "Category" field. The category creation form will open, and it will immediately appear in the selection list.
Edit and Delete a Product
Click on the desired item in the list to open the same form with its data. Make changes and save.
To delete, use the corresponding action in the product row or inside the edit form.
