Customer Groups
Customer groups are segments of your base used for targeting loyalty programs and campaigns. For example, VIP customers can receive a higher earning percentage, while newcomers get a welcome promotion.
Plan Limits
The number of customer groups is limited by your subscription plan. Check the conditions in the Subscription and Plans section or on the Favy website.
Create a Group
Click "Create Group". A form will open.
Basic Parameters

| Public Group | - | The group will be visible in the customer application. Relevant for future modules - can be left off for now |

| Description | - | Internal notes on the group's purpose |
Rules and Automation
Distribution Mode determines how customers enter the group:
Manual - customers are assigned manually by the admin or through import. No automatic changes.
Automatic - the system adds and removes customers itself based on specified conditions. Recalculation occurs daily. Manual management of membership is unavailable.
Mixed - automatic conditions work, but the admin can additionally add or remove customers manually.
Automatic Membership Conditions
Available in Automatic and Mixed modes. All conditions operate on AND logic - a customer must meet each criterion simultaneously.
Click "+ Add Condition" for each new criterion.
Each condition consists of three parts: criterion, operator, and value.
Available Criteria
| Criterion | Description |

| Current Balance | How many points the customer has now |
| Total Earned | Total points awarded since registration |
| Total Spent | Total points redeemed since registration |
| Days Since Registration | How many days have passed since the customer joined |
| Number of Purchases | Total number of customer transactions |
| Days Since Last Purchase | How many days have passed since the last transaction |
Segment Examples
- VIP - "Total Earned ≥ 10000" + "Number of Purchases ≥ 20"
- Dormant - "Days Since Last Purchase ≥ 90"
- Newcomers - "Days Since Registration ≤ 30"
- Point Rich - "Current Balance ≥ 5000"
Click "Save Changes" to create the group.
Edit and Delete a Group
Click on a group in the list to open the same form. Membership in automatic groups is recalculated daily without admin intervention.
Deleting a Group
Before deleting, ensure the group is not used in active loyalty programs or campaigns. Otherwise, those rules will stop applying to the segment.
